12. AWARD OF A 1-YEAR AGREEMENT, WITH UP TO TWO ADDITIONAL 1YEAR OPTIONAL EXTENSIONS, FOR WRITTEN TRANSLATION\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council (1) award the professional services\nagreement for translation services to Avantpage Inc.; (2) approve the attached\nagreement; and (3) authorize the City Manager to sign up to two (2) 1-year\nextensions. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate\nmotion would be:\n“I move to (1) award the professional services agreement for translation services to\nAvantpage Inc.; (2) approve the attached agreement; and (3) authorize the City\nManager to sign up to two (2) 1-year extensions.”
