APPROVAL OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE ELECTRIC VEHICLE\nCHARGING STATION PROJECT NO. 40-1009\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council accept the Electric Vehicle\nCharging Station Project No. 40-1009 as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file\nthe Notice of Completion. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an\nappropriate motion would be:\n“I move to accept the Electric Vehicle Charging Station Project No. 40-1009 as\ncomplete and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion.”
