Amendment # 2 to Contract for As-Needed Engineering Services between the\nCity of Encinitas and Michael Baker International to add $150,000 for\nadditional support with as-needed land surveying services for private land\ndevelopment projects. Environmental Considerations: The actions being\nconsidered by the City Council are exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) because they are not a "project" under Section 15378(b)\n(5) of CEQA Guidelines.
