B.8.\nAPPROVAL OF 2025–2028 SOCIAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS [C.\nSAFRIET, T. CARTER, D. MURRAY]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approval of the Social Services\nContracts for the 2025-2028 funding cycle (October 1, 2025 - September\n30, 2028).\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve the 2025-2028 Social Services\nContracts for 33 programs for a total of $8,542,336 million in FY26, with\nscopes and fees; 2) Authorize the City Manager or his designee to\nexecute Agreements for Service with each funded organization and\nprogram, including documents incident to the Agreements; and 3)\nAuthorize the Director of Finance and Technology Services to allocate\n$1,000,000 from reserves committed for Social Services Contracts in the\nGeneral Fund, to the Social Services Contracts account.
