COLLINS, J.\nGILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Homeboy Recycling for document shredding and electronic\nwaste collection services to increase the not-to-exceed amount of the\nAgreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 6 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Homeboy Recycling to increase the amount of the\nAgreement by $80,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $200,000; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents incident\nto the Agreement.
