DEL TORO]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider directing Staff to research and\nevaluate the creation of a West Hollywood Entertainment Zone, including\nperforming community outreach to business owners and community\nstakeholders.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Direct Staff to research and evaluate the\ncreation of a West Hollywood Entertainment Zone; 2) Perform community\noutreach to business owners and community stakeholders, and gather\nfeedback on best practices from other jurisdictions exploring similar\nmodels; and 3) Return to City Council with recommendations for the\ncreation of a pilot program.
