BIERY, P.\nKESPRADIT]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving the waiver of Special\nEvent Permit fees, Parking Meter Fees, and Encroachment Permit Fees\nfor City businesses within and surrounding the West Hollywood Design\nDistrict during the “Fall Art Walk – Fashion Edition” which will be held on\nSaturday, September 20, 2025.\nRECOMMENDATION: Approve the waiver of Special Event Permit fees,\nParking Meter fees, and Encroachment Permit fees for City businesses\nwithin and surrounding the West Hollywood Design District for activating\ntheir businesses on Saturday, September 20, 2025, for the “Fall Art Walk\n– Fashion Edition,” in an amount not to exceed $10,000 in waived fees.
