MOLINA]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider adopting a Resolution in\nsupport of Proposition 50, the Election Rigging Response Act of 2025, a\nlegislatively referred constitutional amendment slated to appear on the\nNovember 4, 2025 Statewide Special Election ballot.\nRECOMMENDATIONS:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. 25-_____: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD IN SUPPORT OF PROPOSITION 50, THE ELECTION\nRIGGING RESPONSE ACT OF 2025”; and 2) Direct the Community &\nLegislative Affairs staff to send copies of the adopted resolution to\nGovernor Gavin Newsom, State Senator Ben Allen, Assemblymember\nRick Chavez Zbur, and other parties deemed appropriate.
