GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Ocean Blue Environmental Services for battery pickup,\nrecycling, and disposal services to increase the not-to-exceed amount of\nthe Agreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 7 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Ocean Blue Environmental Services to increase the\namount of the Agreement by $68,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$248,000; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute\ndocuments incident to the Agreement.
