DEVINE]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving an agreement with\nInsight Public Sector for the renewal of the Microsoft License Enterprise\nAgreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a three-year Agreement with Insight\nPublic Sector, allowing the City to renew its Microsoft License Enterprise\nAgreement not to exceed $1,083,915.72; 2) Authorize the City Manager or\ndesignee to execute documents incident to the Agreement; and 3)\nAuthorize the Director of the Finance & Technology Services Department\nto issue purchase orders and approve change orders to accommodate\nsoftware license and service changes without going over the contract not\nto exceed amount of $1,083,915.72.
