6)\nCONSIDERATION TO ACCEPT PROJECT COMPLETION AND AUTHORIZE THE RECORDATION OF\nA NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR FOG SEAL COATING OF CITY PARKING LOTS\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Accept the improvements as constructed by Onyx Paving Company, Inc., and consider the\nwork completed;\nb. Authorize the issuance and filing of a “Notice of Completion” with the Los Angeles County\nOffice of the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk; and\nc.
