6. NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR CITYWIDE STREET NAME SIGNS\nPROJECT (22S02)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Find that Bear Electrical Solutions has\ncompleted construction of the Citywide Street Name Signs Project (22S02).\n2. Approve the Notice of Completion and authorize the Mayor to execute\nthe document on behalf of the City. 3. Authorize the City Clerk to submit the\nNotice of Completion for recordation to the Office of the County Recorder of\nOrange County within fifteen days of the City Council approval, as required\nby Section 9204 of the California Civil Code. 4. Authorize staff to release\nany unencumbered retention in accordance with California law.
