7.\nSeptember 16, 2025\nCOOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF ORANGE 25-428\nAND THE CITY OF COSTA MESA FOR BRIDGE MAINTENANCE\nREPAIRS ON THE ADAMS AVENUE BRIDGE OVER THE SANTA ANA\nRIVER AND GREENVILLE BANNING CHANNEL\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve the proposed Cooperative Agreement between the County of\nOrange and the City of Costa Mesa for funding and maintenance of the\nAdams Avenue Bridge over the Santa Ana River and Greenville Banning\nChannel.\n2.
