Award a Public Works Agreement (PWA) in the amount of $745,276 to C.I.\nServices, Inc. 1145 E. Stanford Court, Anaheim, CA, 92805 to remove and\nreplace metal roofing panels.\n2. Authorize a ten percent (10%) contingency in the amount of $74,528 for\nunforeseen costs related to the project.\n3.
