RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council:
Adopt Resolution No. 2025-xx ordering the summary vacation of a portion of
right-of-way at 174 East 19th Street and authorize the execution of the Quitclaim
Deed by the Mayor and the City Clerk.
