I.15\nAPPROVE THE PURCHASE AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A CITY-OWNED HIGH\nSECURITY KEYWAY SYSTEM (REPORT OF: PUBLIC WORKS) (DISTRICT: ALL\nDISTRICTS)\nRequest To Approve The Purchase And Implementation Of A New City-Owned\nKeyway System Supplied By Roy E. Whitehead, Inc. Under The United States\nGeneral Services Administration Cooperative Purchasing Agreement\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Authorize the purchase and implementation of a city-owned high security keyway\nsystem, supplied by Roy E. Whitehead, Inc., and assigned exclusively to the City of\nMoreno Valley; and\n2. Authorize the issuance of a purchase order to Roy E. Whitehead, Inc., for\n$263,190 for the purchase of the keyway system and all corresponding materials,\nutilizing the United States General Services Administration Cooperative Purchasing\nAgreement; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any purchase orders and/or change orders,\ncontingent upon the approved budget.\n4. Approve budget adjustment as set forth in the Fiscal Impact Section of this report.
