A.11. APPROVE ANNUAL MEASURE A (RCTC) LOCAL STREETS AND ROADS\nFIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR FY 2023/24-2027/28\n(Report of: Public Works)\nRecommendations:\n1. Approve and authorize submittal of the City of Moreno Valley’s annual\nMeasure A (RCTC) Local Streets and Roads Five-Year Capital\nImprovement Plan for Fiscal Years 2023/24 – 2027/28 and\nMaintenance of Effort Certification for Fiscal Year 2023/24 to the\nRiverside County Transportation Commission; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to submit an\nannual amended five-year plan to the Riverside County Transportation\nCommission if changes are made to the listed Measure A (RCTC)\nprojects.
