14. A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF THE CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL\nPERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-25\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Conduct a public hearing and receive comments on the draft Fiscal Year 2024-25\nConsolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER);\nB. Authorize staff to submit the final Fiscal Year 2024-25 CAPER to the U.S. Department of\nHousing and Urban Development (HUD); and\nC. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all documents necessary to\nsubmit the CAPER.
