3. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE COSTA MESA-NEWPORT23-1137\nHARBOR LIONS CLUB\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve the license agreement between the City of Costa Mesa and the\nCosta Mesa-Newport Harbor Lions Club to host the annual Fish Fry event\nat the Lions Park Campus beginning in 2023.\n2.
