8.6\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR GRANT ADMINISTRATION\nSERVICES\nComments:\nThe City's current contract with Avant-Garde for supplemental administration services\nunder the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment\nPartnerships (HOME) expired June 30, 2025. Accordingly, the City issued a RFP on May\n29, 2025, supplemental administration services. Based on Avant-Garde’s experience and\npast working relationship with the City, it is recommended that the City Council approve a\nProfessional Services Agreement for the period of July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.
