10. Notice of Completion for Emergency Action for the Permanent Repair of\nthe City of El Segundo Wiseburn Aquatics Center Pool Heaters\nRecommendation -\n1. Approve the notice of completion for the associated emergency remedial\nactions for the Aquatics Center Pool Heater Replacement Project, Project\nNo. PW 25-04, by Knorr Systems International, LLC. By approving the\nnotice of completion, the City Council will be terminating the emergency\nactions previously approved under Resolution No. 5519, pursuant to\nPublic Contract Code § 22050(c).\n2. Authorize and direct the City Clerk to file the attached notice of\ncompletion in the County Recorder’s Office.\n3. Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
