The\nsubject portion of right-of-way is located at the southeast corner of 1300 Prospect\nDrive (APN: 0174-012-07-0000). This proposal qualifies for exemption from\nenvironmental review pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental\nQuality Act Guidelines (Development Services Director Desatnik)
