As a result, the position of City Manager will become\nvacant beginning September 19, 2025. In order to ensure the continued efficient operation\nof the City, it is necessary for the City Council to consider approving a professional\nservices agreement for Mr. Gabriel Gonzalez to serve as the Interim City Manager and to\nassume the duties and responsibilities of the office effective September 19, 2025.
