Accept written petition (on file with the Records Management Department) from KB\nHome Cal Management Services LLC. ("Landowner"), to create a Community Facilities\nDistrict ("CFD") and to waive certain procedural matters, under the Mello-Roos\nCommunity Facilities Act of 1982;\nB. Adopt a Resolution of Intention to establish City of Ontario Community Facilities District\nNo. 76 (Compass Pointe), authorize the associated levy of special taxes therein; and set a\npublic hearing for the formation of the CFD as part of the regularly scheduled City\nCouncil meeting on Tuesday, November 4, 2025; and\nC. Adopt a Resolution Declaring it Necessary for the City of Ontario Community Facilities\nDistrict No. 76 (Compass Pointe) to Incur Bonded Indebtedness.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA, OF INTENTION\nTO ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT PROPOSED TO BE NAMED CITY OF\nONTARIO COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 76 (COMPASS POINTE) AND TO AUTHORIZE\nTHE LEVY OF A SPECIAL TAX THEREIN.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING IT\nNECESSARY FOR CITY OF ONTARIO COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 76 (COMPASS\nPOINTE) TO INCUR BONDED INDEBTEDNESS.
