9.\nAN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH NATIONAL PUBLIC\nSAFETY GROUP, LLC., FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR THE PUBLIC SAFETY DISPATCH\nAND POLICE REPORT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM REPLACEMENT PROJECTS\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 5\nto the Professional Services Agreement with National Public Safety Group (NPSG) LLC., of\nAberdeen, North Carolina, for selection, procurement, and project management increasing the\nauthorized contract amount by $301,059, for a total contract not-to-exceed amount of\n$1,264,693 and increase the term for an additional two years.
