13. A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE FIRST AMENDMENTS TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2023-24\nAND 2024-25 HUD ONE-YEAR ACTIONS PLANS\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Conduct a Public Hearing and receive comments related to the First Amendments to the\nFiscal Year 2023-24 and 2024-25 One-Year Action Plans;\nB. Approve the First Amendments to the Fiscal Year 2023-24 and 2024-25 One-Year Action\nPlans; and\nC. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute any related documents and\nagreements necessary to implement the amendments.
