Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of\nUnderstanding (MOU) with the Inland Regional Center for deployment of Blue\nEnvelope Program materials and training; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all subsequent bi-yearly MOU\namendments at the City’s discretion.
