13. APPROVAL OF FIVE INDIVIDUAL, NONEXCLUSIVE ON-CALL CIVIL ENGINEERING\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF BARSTOW AND: (1)\nDAVID EVANS & ASSOCIATES INC.; (2) EXP US SERVICES INC; (3) KPFF CONSULTING\nENGINEERS; (4) MERRELL JOHNSON COMPANIES; AND (5) SOUTHSTAR | DCCM\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a five-year non-exclusive professional service\nagreements with each of the five selected engineering firms in substantially the form provided\nin Attachment 2, modified as necessary to accord with the RFP.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute individual task orders under these agreements within\nthe per contract not to exceed amount of $75,000 and within approved budget allocations and\ngrant funding.
