9.4\na.\nApprove the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the OC Marathon, LLC., to\ncoordinate and produce the inaugural Corona 5000 5K Road Race subject to compliance\nwith all applicable provisions of the Corona Municipal Code, including but not limited to\nChapter 12.32 (Special Events and Street Closures), and any other relevant local, county, or\nstate regulations.\nb.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all necessary agreements and\npermits with OC Marathon LLC.\nREQUEST FROM COUNCIL MEMBER SPEAKE TO EXPLORE CORDON PRICING FOR THE\nGREEN RIVER ROAD/FOOTHILL PARKWAY CORRIDOR TO DETER CUT THROUGH TRAFFIC\nThat the City Council provide feedback and direction regarding procurement of a consultant to prepare\na preliminary feasibility study to determine Green River Road/Foothill Parkway Cordon pricing’s legal\nfeasibility, constructability, pricing strategy, implementation costs, potential revenue, and possible\npartnerships with other agencies.
