11.1\nFirst Reading and Introduction of an Ordinance for Annexation No. 30, Menifee\nCommerce Center, into Community Facilities District 2017-1, Maintenance Services\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Adopt a resolution calling an election to annex territory, including Parcel Nos.\n331-110-027, 331-110-035, 331-110-041, 331-140-010, 331-140-018, 331-140021, and 331-140-025, associated with Tentative Parcel Map 38156, Menifee\nCommerce Center, located south of Ethanac Road, east of Trumble Road, west\nof Dawson Road, and north of McLaughlin Road, into Community Facilities\nDistrict (CFD) No. 2017-1 Maintenance Services and to levy a special tax on that\nland; and\n2. Hold a special landowner election and canvass the election; and\n3. Adopt a resolution declaring results of special landowner election; and\n4. Introduce an ordinance, amending Ordinance No. 2017-231 and levying and\napportioning the special tax in CFD 2017-1.
