CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF RESOLUTIONS: (i) ADOPTING A\nMEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE POLICE\nOFFICERS’ ASSOCIATION, SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO. 7773; (ii) ADOPTING\nA MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE\nFIREFIGHTERS’ASSOCIATION, SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO. 7776; (iii)\nADOPTING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE\nPUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYEES’ ASSOCIATION, SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO.\n7774 AND RESOLUTION NO. 7917; (iv) ADOPTING A MEMORANDUM OF\nUNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE PART TIME PUBLIC SERVICE\nEMPLOYEES’ ASSOCIATION, SUPERCEDING RESOLUTION NO. 7846 AND\nRESOLUTION NO. 7918; AND (v) APPROVING UNREPRESENTED MANAGEMENT\nEMPLOYEE BENEFITS LISTING AND MANAGEMENT SALARY SCHEDULE\nSUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO. 7775 AND RESOLUTION NO. 7919\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve the following:\n1. A resolution adopting a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of\nSouth Pasadena (City) and the South Pasadena Police Officers’ Association (POA),\nsuperseding Resolution No. 7773;\n2. A resolution adopting a MOU between the City and the South Pasadena\nFirefighters’ Association (FFA), superseding Resolution No. 7776;\n3. A resolution adopting a MOU between the City and the Public Service Employees’\nAssociation (PSEA), superseding Resolution No. 7774 and Resolution No. 7917;\n4. A resolution adopting a MOU between the City and the Part Time Public Service\nEmployees’ Association (PSEA), superseding Resolution No. 7846 and Resolution\nNo. 7918; and\n5. A resolution approving unrepresented management employee benefits listing and\nmanagement salary schedule superseding Resolution No. 7775 and Resolution No.\n7919.
