11.2\nFirst Reading and Introduction of an Ordinance for Annexation No. 35, Vista Ridge,\ninto Community Facilities District 2017-1, Maintenance Services\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Adopt a resolution calling an election to annex territory, including Assessor’s\nParcel No. 335-481-017, Vista Ridge, located south of Boulder Rock Place, west\nof Murrieta Road, east of Amber Rock Drive, and north of Thornton Avenue, into\nCommunity Facilities District (CFD) No. 2017-1 Maintenance Services and to\nlevy a special tax on that land; and\n2. Hold a special landowner election and canvass the election; and\n3. Adopt a resolution declaring the results of the special landowner election; and\n4. Introduce an ordinance, amending Ordinance No. 2017-231 and levying and\napportioning the special tax in CFD 2017-1.
