AWARD OF COMMUNITY PROMOTIONAL FUNDS TO LIFESTREAM BLOOD BANK FOR\nTHE USE OF THE HARVEY HOUSE FOR MONTHLY BLOOD DRIVES\nRecommended Action:\nThat the City Council approve in-kind donations, specifically fee waivers totaling $6,000 for the\nuse of the Harvey House, and $2,677.20 for permitting and inspection fees, associated with the\nMonthly Barstow Bloodline Blood Drives scheduled to occur on the second Tuesday of each\nmonth at the Harvey House, for a combined total of $8,677.20.
