APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 3 FOR AGREEMENT NO.19-1002193 WITH SAN\nBERNARDINO COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (SBCTA) FOR RIMROCK ROAD\nAND AGARITA AVENUE REHABILITATION PROJECT\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 3 to Funding Agreement 19-1002193 for Rimrock Road and Agarita\nAvenue Rehabilitation Project (Attachment A).\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 3 to Project Funding Agreement 19-1002193\nfor the Rimrock Road and Agarita Avenue Rehabilitation Project between the City of Barstow\nand the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA).
