City Council:\n25-977\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\nApprove a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with\nInterfaith Community Services (ICS), in the amount of\n$1,175,000, for Fiscal Year 2025–26, supporting continued\nprovision of outreach, case management, and stabilization\nservices along the State Route 78 corridor;\nApprove a Professional Services Agreement with ICS, in\nthe amount of $1,125,330, for FY 2025–26 for continuation\nof the Rapid Rehousing Program Services targeting\nhigh-acuity unsheltered individuals;\nApprove Amendment 1 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with the Regional Task Force on Homelessness\n(RTFH), in the amount of $143,000, to continue Strategic\nPlanning, Implementation, and Technical Support through\nImpact Group Consultants; and,\nAuthorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all\nnecessary contracts, and related documents, subject to\napproval as to form by the City Attorney.\nA) Report by Salvador Roman, Senior Management Analyst\nB) Discussion\nC) Recommendation – approve amendment and agreements\n6:00 P.M.
