F.\nNotice of Completion for the Seal Beach Boulevard at North Gate Road\nImprovement Project, CIP ST2301 - That the City Council adopt Resolution\n7693: 1. Accepting the Seal Beach Boulevard at North Gate Road\nImprovement Project, CIP ST2301, by R.J. Noble Company in the amount of\n$507,830.31; and, 2. Directing the City Clerk to file a “Notice of Completion”\nwith the Orange County Clerk-Recorder within fifteen (15) days from the date\nof acceptance and to release retention thirty-five (35) days after recordation of\nthe Notice of Completion contingent upon no claims being filed on the Project.
