K.\nAdoption of Municipal Code Amendment Relating to the City’s CrossConnection Control Program and Adopting the City’s Cross-Connection\nControl Management Plan Pursuant to Assembly Bill 1671 (Statute of\n2024) - That the City Council: 1. Introduce, waive full reading, and read by title\nonly, Ordinance 1720, amending Sections 9.35.005 and 9.35.090 of Chapter\n9.35 (Water) of Title 9 of the Seal Beach Municipal Code pertaining to the\ncross-connection program; and, 2. Adopt Resolution 7698, adopting the City\nCross-Connection Control Management Plan.
