11.6\nConsideration of a Resolution Approving a Third Amendment\nto the Professional Services Agreement with WSP USA, Inc.,\n(WSP; Formerly Wood Environment & Infrastructure Inc.) for\nEnvironmental Remediation Consulting Services for 56005636 Shull Street (Former Oil Berk Site)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the City Manager\nto execute a Third Amendment to the Master Agreement with WSP\nUSA, Inc. (WSP; Formerly Wood Environment & Infrastructure Inc.).\nCONCLUSION: Consultant has provided valuable consulting services\nto the City and has a deep understanding of the environmental\nactivities that have taken place at the Site. Based on their work to\ndate and the additional steps needed to continue helping the City\ncoordinate remediation of the Site, staff recommends that the City\nCouncil approve a Third Amendment to increase the not-to-exceed by\n$391,500 and recommends a termination date of February 28, 2026.\nFISCAL IMPACT: Adoption of the attached Resolution and Third\nAmendment would have no fiscal impact to the City as consultants\nand other parties would be supported in full by the ECRG Grant funds\nwhich would not otherwise be available to the City.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1- Resolution No. 2025-89\nExhibit 2- Third Amendment to Professional Services Agreement
