9.\nRESOLUTION NO.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM approving the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Subgrant Agreement\nbetween the City of Anaheim and the State of California for the term of April 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027 [in the amount of $1,263,358.00; includes authorization for the City Manager to execute and administer the agreement and determination that approval of the agreement is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15060(c)(3), 15061(b)(3), and 15378(b)(4)].\nApprove an increase to the Housing & Community Development Department’s FY 2025/26\nbudget by $347,542.
