6.\nApprove the General Services Agreement – Water Engineering (Agreement) for professional\nengineering and consulting services for an amount not to exceed $500,000 per work order\npackage issued under the Agreement, with authorization for up to 15% contingency for asneeded extra work, with a limit of $1,500,000 in total awards per consultant per fiscal year during\nthe term of the Agreement, inclusive of any authorized extra work with a five-year term and up to two one-year extensions as needed to complete ongoing projects; and authorize the Public\nUtilities General Manager, or designee, to execute individual Agreements with each prequalified\nconsultant, and with any additional consultants prequalified by the Public Utilities Department\nduring the five-year term of the Agreement, with any changes that do not materially alter the\nterms and conditions of the Agreement, as determined by the City Attorney’s Office and any\nrelated documents to the Agreement, including work orders and changes thereto, and to take the\nnecessary actions to implement, fund, and administer the Agreement [AECOM Technical\nServices, Inc., Ardurra Group, Inc., Brown and Caldwell, Cannon Corporation, Carollo Engineers,\nInc., DRP Engineering, Inc., EC & AM Associates, Inc.
