14.\nPublic Hearing to consider the adoption of the 2025 Edition of the California Building Standards\nCodes and the 2025 California Fire Code.\nORDINANCE NO.\n6613\n(ADOPTION) AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL\nOF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM repealing Chapter 15.03 and adding new Chapter 15.03 to Title 15\nof the Anaheim Municipal Code pertaining to the California Building Standards Codes [introduced\nat the Council meeting of August 26, 2025, Item No. 18].\nORDINANCE NO.\n6614\n(ADOPTION) AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL\nOF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM repealing existing Chapter 16.08 and adding new Chapter 16.08 to\ntitle 16 of the Anaheim Municipal Code pertaining to the California Fire Code [introduced at the\nCouncil meeting of August 26, 2025, Item No. 18].\nDetermine that the proposed Ordinances are exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct under Section 15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA Guidelines because it can be seen with\ncertainty that there is no possibility that adoption of the ordinances may have a significant effect on the environment.
