11.13 Consideration of a Resolution Appointing a Member and\nAlternates to the Governing Board of the Los Angeles Gateway\nRegion Integrated and Rescinding Resolutions No. 2023-41\nand 2024-04\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil:\n1. Adopt the attached Resolution appointing a Member and\nAlternates to the Los Angeles Gateway Region Integrated\nRegional Water Management Joint Powers Authority (GWMA)\nGoverning Board; and\n2. Rescind Resolution Nos. 2023-41 and 2024-04.\nCONCLUSION: It is recommended that Bernardo Iniguez, Director of\nPublic Works/ Facilities, be appointed as the Member of the GWMA\nGoverning Board; and Karla Gonzalez, Senior Management Analyst,\nand Natalie Rivera-Estrada, Senior Management Analyst –\nEnvironmental Services, be appointed as Alternates of the GWMA\nGoverning Board.\nFISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact.\nATTACHMENT:\nExhibit 1 - Resolution 2025-95
