8.\nRESOLUTION NO.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM ratifying the submission of grant applications and the acceptance of grants on\nbehalf of the City of Anaheim for The Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) Grant, Child\nPassenger Safety Program Grant, and Motorcyclist Safety Education and Training Program\nGrant, and authorizing the Chief of Police, or his designee, to execute all required grant\ndocuments and amending the budget accordingly [grant funds awarded: Selective Traffic\nEnforcement Program (STEP) - $480,000; Child Passenger Safety Program - $80,250; and\nMotorcyclist Safety Education and Training Program - $52,000].
