RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF A PROHOUSING DESIGNATION APPLICATION TO\nTHE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (HCD)\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt a resolution authorizing application to, and participation in,\nthe Prohousing Designation Program; 2) Authorize the City Manager to submit a Prohousing\nDesignation Program application to the California Department of Housing and Community\nDevelopment (HCD); and, 3) If approved, authorize the City Manager to execute all documents\ndeemed necessary or appropriate to participate in the Prohousing Designation Program.
