13. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION R25-27 APPROVING (1) THE PURCHASE OF\nELECTRIC VEHICLES, CHARGING EQUIPMENT AND CHARGING COSTS,\nIN AN AMOUNT NOT-TO-EXCEED $155,000; (2) MAKING AN\nAPPROPRIATION FROM THE AB 2766 SUBVENTION FUND (FUND 14) IN\nTHE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $155,000 FOR THE PURCHASE OF\nELECTRIC VEHICLES, CHARGING EQUIPMENT AND CHARGING COSTS;\nAND ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION R25-28 APPROVING (1) THE\nPURCHASE OF TWO REPLACEMENT POLICE PATROL VEHICLES AND\nEQUIPMENT OUTFITTING NOT-TO-EXCEED $165,000; (2) MAKING AN\nAPPROPRIATION FROM THE EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND (FUND\n60) IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $165,000 FOR THE PURCHASE OF\nTWO REPLACEMENT POLICE PATROL VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT\nOUTFITTING; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE\nRELATED DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND TO MAKE SUCH\nACCOUNTING ENTRIES FOR THIS SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION AS\nDEEMED APPROPRIATE.\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council adopt resolution\nR25-27 approving (1) the purchase of three (3) electric vehicles, charging\nequipment and charging costs, in an amount not-to-exceed $155,000; (2)\nmaking an appropriation from the AB 2766 subvention fund (Fund 14) in\nthe amount not to exceed $155,000 for the purchase of electric vehicles,\ncharging equipment and charging costs; and adoption of resolution R2528 approving (1) the purchase of two (2) replacement police patrol\nvehicles and equipment outfitting not-to-exceed $165,000; (2) making an\nappropriation from the equipment replacement fund (Fund 60) in the\namount not to exceed $165,000 for the purchase of two replacement\npolice patrol vehicles and equipment outfitting; and authorizing the city\nmanager to execute related documents on behalf of the city and to make\nsuch accounting entries for this supplemental appropriation as deemed\nappropriate\nStaff Report\nAttachment A\nAttachment B
