7. Approve the Creation, Reclassification, and Elimination of Full-Time Positions\nThe City Council will consider: (HR)\na. Approve the creation of the full-time Principal Accountant position in the Administrative\nServices Department;\nb. Approve the reclassification of the full-time City Traffic Engineer to the full-time Transportation\nand Capital Improvement Program Division Manager in the Public Works Department;\nc. Approve the reclassification of one (1) full-time Principal Civil Engineer positions to the full-time\nWater Resources and Development Division Manager in the Public Works Department;\nd. Approve the elimination of the full-time Deputy City Engineer position in the Public Works\nDepartment; and\ne. Direct staff to update the Consolidated Salary Schedule by adding the Principal Accountant,\nTransportation and Capital Improvement Program Division Manager, and Water Resources and\nDevelopment Division Manager Titles, Pay Grades, and Pay Ranges.
