12.N.\nJanine Drive and Vicinity Rehabilitation Project – Award of Contract\nRecommendation:\n1) Waive minor bid irregularities;\n2) Award the construction contract to Onyx Paving Company, Inc., in the\namount of $2,875,000;\n3) Reject all other bids;\n4) Authorize the City Manager to execute the construction contract on behalf\nof the City and;\n5) Approve $287,500 in contingency for the Project subject to the approval\nof the City Manager.
