9. Approve Agreement with All City Management Services, Inc., for Crossing Guard\nServices\nThe City Council will consider: (PD)\na. Approving an Agreement with All City Management Services, Inc. (“ACMS”), for crossing\nguard services for a one (1) year term, effective July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026; and\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
