CONSIDERATION OF APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 OF A\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND\nROBERT LINKROUM FOR VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council:\n1.\nApprove Amendment No. 1 of the professional services agreement with\nRobert Linkroum for professional videography services for filming of\npublic meetings as needed and raising the hourly rate from $80 per hour\nto $84 per hour.\n2.\nAuthorize the City Manager and City Attorney to execute an agreement\nwith Robert Linkroum for those services\nStaff Report\nAttachment A
