15.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT 3836 WITH WEST COAST ARBORIST FOR CITYWIDE\nTREE GRID PRUNING, TREE REMOVALS, TREE PLANTING, AND EMERGENCY SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement 3836 between the City of Montebello and West Coast Arborists\nto exercise the first one-year term extension through October 14, 2026, and increase the annual not-toexceed amount by ten percent (10%) in addition to the five percent (5%) cost of living annual increase;\nand\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
